The collaboration brings together two artists operating at different but increasingly connected ends of the European electronic landscape. Built for peak-time impact, “Fire Bomb” combines a driving reverse-bass groove with a melodic breakdown and engaged rage lyrics before shifting into a heavily distorted second drop. driven by heavy kicks, screeches and dense low-end, the result is a track designed for both club systems and large-scale festival stages.
The release lands at a strong moment for OMAKS. His recent output has seen rapid growth across platforms and on the touring circuit. “Morning Rave” with Vortek’s surpassed 2 million streams, while “Your Soul” on Teletech reached over 750,000 streams. His productions have become increasingly present across hard techno line-ups, supported by a schedule that includes Verknipt (Amsterdam), Boiler Room (Paris), Teletech, E1 (London), Reperkusound (Lyon) and a series of major International festivals throughout spring/summer 2026.
Mad Dog brings long-standing international recognition. Active for over two decades, he remains one of the most established names in hardcore, with a catalog that includes defining records such as the Masters of Hardcore anthems “Magnum Opus” and “Immortal”, alongside widely recognised tracks like “Reset”, “Mean Streets” and “Xtreme Audio”, all reaching multi-million streams. His recent work, including the eight-track “Mutation” EP and 2026’s “Self-Destroyed” EP, highlights a continued evolution in his production approach.
In parallel, his downtempo-oriented projects have expanded his presence across more techno-driven environments, with appearances on line-ups beyond the traditional hardcore circuit. This broader positioning makes “Fire Bomb” a natural collaboration, reflecting an existing overlap in sound and audience.
The release also reinforces the development of ENERGIC, the label founded by OMAKS. Positioned as a platform focused on intensity, rhythm and physical response rather than fixed genre boundaries, the label has quickly built momentum. Early releases such as “Morning Rave” set the tone, while more recent tracks like Mosmoz’s “Put It In Reverse” reached close to 200,000 streams within its first month. The RUSH series has further introduced a new wave of artists aligned with the label’s direction.
“Fire Bomb” arrives during a dense touring period for both artists, ensuring strong on-the-ground exposure and DJ support across Europe. With appearances spanning key markets including the Netherlands, France, Germany, the UK and Italy, the track is positioned for immediate circulation within both club and festival environments.
With its focus on impact, structure and energy, “Fire Bomb” reflects a broader shift in how high-intensity electronic music is currently being produced and played, where artists move more freely across formats, and tracks are built first and foremost for the dancefloor.
